Is this a subscription?
No. ForexThrive is prepaid — buy access in fixed blocks, never automatic recurring billing. When the block ends, the simulator simply stops charging until you choose to top up. Cancel by doing nothing.

Do you offer refunds?
If something is broken on our end, yes — email support@forexthrive.com within 14 days and we'll refund unused access. Change-of-mind refunds aren't offered, which is why we keep a free tier so you can try before you buy.

Which brokers does the simulator match?
Any broker. You configure leverage, spread, commission, and slippage to match your real broker exactly. Backtests are only as honest as the conditions you set, and we make those settings transparent.

What payment methods?
Credit/debit cards via our payment provider, plus PayPal. We never store card details — payments are tokenized.

Can I export my backtests?
Yes, on the prepaid plan. CSV exports of trade history plus account equity curves. The free tier doesn't include exports.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Your saved sessions and chart drawings stay on your account. You just lose access to gated features (custom leverage, multi-chart sync, exports) until you top up again.

Is there a trial of the prepaid plan?
The free tier is the trial — same engine, capped at 3 months of historical data and a 10% drawdown ceiling. If you can validate a strategy under those constraints, the upgrade decision becomes obvious.

Do you provide trading signals?
No. We're a backtesting tool, not a signal service. Your strategies stay yours — we don't see them, share them, or sell them.
